We specialise in sleep support for babies and toddlers aged 0 to 3 years, helping families through every stage of early sleep.
Every plan is personalised to your child and your family. It includes a detailed review of your
intake form and sleep diary, plus a step-by-step plan with practical strategies and tracking
templates.
We know sleep challenges don’t stick to 9-5. That’s why our support includes check-ins, voice notes, and messages with a 24-hour response time. As mums ourselves, we get it, and we’re here to guide you whenever you need it most.
We do not take a one size fits all approach. During your consultation, we will discuss a range
of settling strategies from gentle, hands-on techniques to more independent approaches,
and work with you to choose a method you are comfortable with that suits your child’s needs and your parenting style.
Book directly through our website. Once you complete your intake form, we’ll schedule a call at a time that works best for you, including weekends and evenings. We’re happy to offer weekend, afternoon, and evening sessions so you can be fully present while your little one rests.
To allow time for review and preparation, your completed intake form must be submitted at
least 48 hours before your scheduled consultation. This ensures we have everything we
need to create your personalised sleep plan.
Every baby is different, but with consistency and the right strategies, many families see big
improvements within one to two weeks. We will give you realistic expectations and support
every step of the way.
The Hello Little Fix is ideal if your little one is mostly sleeping well but you’d like support with a specific challenge, such as early mornings, nap transitions, or weaning night feeds. The Full Sleep Support Package is best if your baby or toddler’s sleep needs a complete review, or if you’d like extended guidance and check-ins while you make bigger changes.
Yes. Both of our packages include ongoing follow-up support so you feel guided while putting your plan into action. If you’d like longer-term help, you can choose our full support package for extended guidance.
Yes. Additional support days can be purchased as an add-on if you’d like more guidance. Just let us know as we go, and we’ll tailor the support to your family’s needs.
Our plans are never one size fits all. We take the time to understand your baby’s unique
needs, your parenting approach, and your family’s lifestyle to create a plan that works for
you.
Yes. Many parents find it helpful to have the session in the final weeks of pregnancy so they
feel confident and prepared from day one. We can also book it for after your baby arrives,
once you have settled into those early weeks.
Absolutely. We will work with you to choose strategies that suit your child’s temperament and your parenting style. This package can be tailored to gentle, responsive methods or more independent approaches depending on your comfort level.
Our support is provided online so we can work with families anywhere. This also means you
can get help from the comfort of your own home without disrupting your little one’s routine.
